IMPORTANT NOTICE

YOUR ADMITTANCE IN THE SPECIAL CSS EXAMINATION 2023 IS PROVISIONALas granted on the basis of information provided by you through your online application. It is emphasized that in terms of Rule 22 of CE CSS Rules, 2019 vide SRO 1906 (I) / 2022 dated 14th October, 2022 , Special CSS examination is meant for the candidates belonging only to the Provincial/ Regional quotas as mentioned in the FPSC Public Notice dated 23rd July, 2023 as follows: |
1) Province/ Region: Punjab, Quotas:Minorities only; 2) Province/ Region: Sindh (U), Quotas:Open for all candidates; 3) Province/ Region: KPK, Quotas:Women + Minorities; 3) Province/ Region: Balochistan, Quotas:Open for all candidates; 4) Province/ Region: AJK, Quotas:Minorities only; 5) Province/ Region: Ex-FATA, Quotas:Open for all candidates; 6) Province/ Region: Sindh (R), Quotas:Open for all candidates

Accordingly, before appearing in the exam, you must in your own interest, ensure that you FULFILL ALL REQUIREMENTS of eligibility for Special CSS AS PER CSS CE RULES 2019 read with FPSC Public Notices, dated 23rd July and 4th August, 2023. Otherwise, your candidature shall be liable to be rejected in terms of Rule 11 (20) of CSS CE Rules, 2019 reproduced below:
“Candidates shall be admitted to the examination provisionally at their own risk subject to their being found eligible in all respects. On detailed scrutiny of the applications after the announcement of result of the written examination, if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect under these rules his candidature shall be cancelled and rejected regardless of the fact whether he has appeared in the examination or qualified therein.”

You are advised to READ CSS CE RULES IBID CAREFULLY available on FPSC website: www.fpsc.gov.pk. Your appearance in the exam is governed by these rules and no deviation is allowed. Any violation of these rules by you may lead to initiation of disciplinary action(s) against you. |

Your THUMB IMPRESSION would be required for appearance in the Examination in all papers without any exception. You MUST therefore report at exam hall(s) AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE the start of paper / scheduled time. |

ORIGINAL CNIC(for identity) along with ADMISSION CERTIFICATE for entrance in the examination hall. No entry will be permitted without Original CNIC in any case whatsoever. |

BE SEATED AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE the start of each paper at your allocated seat. Late Entry is not allowed at all. |
| 6.

All types of electronic gadgetry including cell phones, smart watches, blue tooth / GSM devices or likewise that can be used for getting unfair help, are STRICTLY PROHIBITED & NOT ALLOWED in the exam halls or premises. Any candidate if found in possession of any such device(s), shall be DISQUALIFIED from the instant examination with INITIATION OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS under CSS CE Rule ibid and PPC, as the case may be. |

You MUST visit your exam centers for both compulsory and optional papers at least ONE DAY BEFORE the exam. |

In terms of Rule 11(16) read with Rule 22 (3) (b) of the CE Rules ibid a candidate shall be deemed to have attempted the examination if he/she actually appears in any one or more papers and even if he/she tenders a blank answer book/sheet and even if rejected later on. |

If a candidate misses any one of the compulsory or optional paper for medical or any other reason, He / She will not be allowed to appear in the remaining paper(s). |

All contraband items, arms, weapons, ammunition, explosive materials etc., are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. . |
